Twice I had left my keys at the property I rent through Pheasants and locked myself out!! Phoned Lynda and Hannah out of hours, no questions asked they turned up with spare keys to let me in, great people!!!!

I have been with Lynda for many years and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough as a rental manager. She knows the properties she manages incredibly well and is always very thorough and efficient when sorting out any issues. From our first meeting I was impressed with Lynda and the team; in fact they have totally changed my view of managing agents.

My previous experiences had been very mixed.  Northwood (in Aberdeen) were very good, others in Witney and Plymouth (who shall remain nameless) much less so.

Pheasants Retreat seem to have that rare blend of focusing on getting the right match of Landlord and Tenant (rather than just taking their fee).  This was a real bonus after previous experiences with one particular agent in Witney.

Myself and my partner rented a property from Lynda for many years. I cannot fault the process we went through from the start to finish. Lynda was always very professional as well as approachable and kind the same all all her colleagues.
Before we rented from Lynda we visited many letting agents and none of them seen as approachable or willing to listen to what we was looking for they always wanted to upsell. When we went to visit Lynda at Pheasant Retreats we was greeted warmly by everyone there, Lynda made us feel at home and listened to what we wanted and then showed us a selection of properties that might suit our needs. When we came away we knew straight away we had found the right person for the job to find us a home. The process after she found us the perfect property to rent was straight forward and if there was anything we didn't understand she would take the time to make it clear for us, she also found us the perfect landlady to. During the years we rented Lynda was always in contact to check everything was going well. When the time came that we had managed to save for a mortgage and for us to leave the property we was still treated warmly.
