 We offer a professional, efficient, accredited and personable service to landlords and tenants in the Eynsham, Witney, Carterton and surrounding villages.  We are not a corporate or franchised business. It is owned and run by myself and my team. We don’t have to go through numerous departments for authorisation to get the job done.  We only answer to our landlords and tenants, I am a shareholder and director, therefore I can be as flexible as I need to be to provide you with an excellent service as you would expect, all backed up and supported by our memberships of the appropriate regulatory organisations: Safe Agent, ARLA, NAEA, Propertymark and The Property Ombudsman Service.

We run everything from our office on Corn Street, Witney, so we know exactly what's going on with your property at any given time.  Our management and maintenance are dealt with on site. If you are not happy with the quotes we provide, we will source more for you.  We always use local contractors, accredited by us, for maintenance and repairs. (If I wouldn’t use them in my own home, I won’t use them for your investment!)  We are also pleased to offer a no mark-up service on any maintenance and repair invoice.
