Lynda knows the market and the area through and through and will offer the best advice with all her local knowledge.
Outside of work Lynda loves to socialise and enjoy her free time with country walks and to sit and read a good book.
David Woodcock is the Financial Director of Pheasant Retreats. David’s experience spans decades within the financial services, investment banking and property sectors, most recently associated with the development and regulatory aspects of the business.
David is an expert in his field and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
When David has any spare time you will always find him on a golf course or pottering in the garden.
Charlotte Woodage is our Office & Property Manager. MARLA qualified. Passionate about her role within Pheasant Retreats. She always provides a friendly and approachable service, Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys exploring the country side and evenings with her friends.
Amelia Jones Is our social media expert. After graduating from Cardiff University with a BA honours degree in Business, Amelia is now studying for her Masters. She keeps us all up to date with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, advertising all things property. Outside of work and studying Amelia enjoys spending time with her dog Bella and socialising with her partner and friends.
Matt Lloyd focuses on shaping the overall brand identity, vision and messaging at Pheasant Retreats. He is responsible for developing the brand’s positioning, marketing strategies, and creative direction. Matt has extensive experience of running marketing and design agencies and has transformed hundreds of businesses over the years with his creative flair and keen eye for detail to deliver them growth. He injects vitality into every project he works on, helping his clients achieve their brand and creative vision.
