She is passionate about her role in the company and prides herself on delivering excellent service.
As a private landlord herself Lynda knows and understands exactly what landlords are looking for in a letting agent to ensure you are getting the best service and the best return on your property. Lynda knows the market and the area through and through and will offer the best advice with all her local knowledge.
Outside of work Lynda loves to socialise and enjoy her free time with country walks and to sit and read a good book.
David Woodcock is the Financial Director of Pheasant Retreats. David’s experience spans decades within the financial services, investment banking and property sectors, most recently associated with the development and regulatory aspects of the business.
David is an expert in his field and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
When David has any spare time you will always find him on a golf course or pottering in the garden.
Charlotte is our Property Manager. Charlotte has recently qualified Level 3 Letting (MARLA). Out side of work Charlotte enjoys country side walks and horse riding. She also has a 2 year old nephew that keeps her very busy.
